Reservation and Advance deposit

Asking for a Guaranteed Reservation
Making an online reservation with Travel made Easy is "easy".
Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and a valid credit card.
As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 to 48 hours

NOTE : Once you have deposited the payment in our accounts please fax us the deposit slip with your name and telephone numbers at 0294 2412081 or you can email the scan copy of the deposit slip. Please note that vouchers/tickets will only be released once the payment is credited into our accounts.

Confirming a Reservation
What happens when I make a reservation?
Reservation requests will result in a new screen showing your booking status. Additionally, all reservations will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked.

How much Advance do I pay and when?
After receiving Credit Card details and sending you confirmation Email we can anytime debit your Card by 1 night's advance. Rest of the balance is charged at least 30 days ahead of check in date. If booking is made less than 30 days preceding to check in date a complete amount is charged at one go.


What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room?

When the booking is confirmed (by email), the payment will be processed. A hotel voucher will be sent directly to the hotel which you made a reservation with. You will also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher, you may be asked to present to the front desk upon checkin. Generally, you only present your identification to the hotel reception when you check in.


What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?
Once the room is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price conditions. We invite you to make printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.


How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation email. This email will include a voucher containing the dates and details of your reservation. Note that the voucher attached to the mail must to be kept until you arrive at the hotel.


Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly?
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.


How long does it take to get a confirmation?
24 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events...). It may sometimes take only a few hours: we are trying our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

                                       Changing/Canceling a reservation

What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
If you cancel the reservation :
= More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 10% on invoice amount
 ( banking fee + administration fee )

= 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge
If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.

= 30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid

If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.

If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.

If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.

Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.
Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID or fax on +91 294 2412081 ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.

Wedding Booking will neither be cancelled nor modified. No deposit will be refunded

Also be informed that cancellation has to be made through fax on +91 294 2412081 or on the corresponding email ID : info@travelmadeeasy.in  ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.

We do not accept Cancellations over Phone

In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, Airfare, Transport, govt. tax, fuel etc we are bound to augment the same.  Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis
 

How about the Credit Cards Refunds?
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
